Overview
Slow Food SA and the SACWA Warners Group Food will be delivering a cooking demonstration workshop at the Auburn Institute.South Australian Country Women's Association (SACWA) member Rhonda Seymour and Slow Food SA President Rosa Matto will be demonstrating recipes for lamb kofta meatballs with hummus, pomegranate sumac tomato salad with sheep's yoghurt, flatbread, and preserved lemons. This event will feature Slow Food SA's Wunderbar lamb and Four Leaf Milling Organic Flour.
Please note that numbers are very limited, so book early. The cost is AUD45 per person, which includes a tasting of the food for lunch.
