Festival of the Lamb

"The Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb brings people and community together. With a strong focus on ethical, paddock to plate produce, the festival is a wonderful opportunity to hear from the passionate farmers and chefs about their livelihoods. This year’s line up includes some ripper events. Experiences range from long lamb lunches and degustation lunches/dinners to an industry day, movie night, blessing of the fleece, lamb on the lawn and a wool and fibre fair. Not to mention a chance to enjoy some legendary Mintaro and Muleteer lamb sausages! This year’s venues include the Watervale Hotel, Mr Mick’s Cellar Door and Kitchen, Mintaro’s Magpie and Stump Hotel, Reilly’s Cellar Door and Restaurant, Paulett’s Bush DeVine Winery Restaurant, Skillogalee Winery and Restaurant, and Auburn’s Rising Sun Hotel." - Tamnia Paola, Food with a View
