Overview

The Ultimate Farm to Table Event at Eldredge Wines as Part of the Festival of the Lamb in the Clare Valley.

Butchery demonstration by local award winning Butcher Jason Mathie - learn how to get the best cuts, butterfly a lamb shoulder, and trim a leg ready to roast. Followed by four course dinner with paired wines, including museum Reds from Leigh Eldredge's Cellar.
Plus a carvery kit to take home which includes a Butchers Knife (recommended by Mathie), marinated & butterflied lamb shoulder, bottle of Eldredge wine, and a Lamb Shoulder recipe card.
