Overview

Enjoy a French crêpe making brunch paired with Clare Valley Bubbles - a delicious combination!

The Mintaro Progress Association has teamed up with French brothers Stéphane and Jean-Marc, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the ClareValley SCA Gourmet Week.
It is the first time the MPA has been involved with the Clare Valley SCA Gourmet Week, Australia's longest running food and wine event of its kind.

There will be two x 80 minute brunch sessions held with a maximum of 12 guests per session where Stéphane and Jean-Marc will provide intimate hands-on skills and some background history of the French crêpe.
Whilst learning, cooking and tasting the crêpes, you will also enjoy a glass of Reillys Sparkling CuveeRiesling which is amongst one of the finest in the Clare Valley. What better way to start your Sunday of the Festival Weekend!

Stéphane aka "Monsieur Crêpes" is an ex-French Chef turned airline pilot. When he doesn't fly, he hikes up and down mountains and.. makes crêpes!
He will of course teach you how to make crêpes, but his fun and engaging talk about the gorgeous region of Brittany's history will also delight you... With a selection of “musique bretonne” … bien sûr !
