Program Highlight - Crepe making workshops!
Come and learn how to make French Crêpes! One of the highlights of the Auburn Frenchfest will be a series of crêpe-making workshop run by Stéphane, a passionate French Chef, taking place in the Festival Hub: Auburn gorgeous Centenary Park.
Stéphane will run 45 minutes workshops for a maximum of 8 future crêpe-making masters, each participant using their own crêpe-making machine for maximum learning time and … maximum fun!
Alors… Everyone participating in the workshop will aim at producing their own version of a specially-created crêpe recipe called “La Belle Auburn”….
A sweet crêpe with deliciously marinated grapes and a sprinkle of almonds flakes. “La Belle Auburn” was conceived with 2 things in mind: making it a tribute to Auburn whilst keeping it simple.
Et… Voilà !
Combined with a bit of history of crêpe-making and a selection of musique bretonne to set the tone, this is an event not to be missed at the Frenchfest! Book early to avoid disappointment - tickets available soon.
