Everything you need to know about the South Australian Autumn Garden Festival 2020

The South Australian Autumn Garden Festival is now in its 9th year and will be conducted over the weekend of the 18th and 19th April, 2020.

The festival is the largest Garden Festival in SA, attracting over 4,000 people. Held at the Clare Showgrounds, and featuring some 100 exhibitors presenting thousands of items for sale.

The 2-day Festival will include a Workshop Day on Saturday and the Festival with exhibitors on Sunday.

People who wish to participate in the Workshop Day can go to the SA Autumn Garden Festival website for further details.

The Festival itself is unique in South Australia, set among the towering and shady gums alongside the ovals and historic buildings at the Clare Showgrounds. The event will be an entertaining, informative, exciting and fun experience for all those who attend. Visitors are encouraged to stay for the day or the weekend and enjoy the beautiful Clare Valley.

This year our special guest is Costa Georgiadis, the Presenter from ABC Gardening Australia.

As the host of ABC Gardening Australia, Costa often get kids involved and prefers to entertain people rather than to overload them with information. He is particularly keen to put a health and nutrition message into the show and to give it energy and bounce.

Costa will be joined by Rebecca Sullivan, an Australian and international guest speaker.

The festival will be open from 10am – 4pm.
