Our cuisine is “French with regional flair”, with each dish featuring standout regional and seasonal ingredients alongisde our estate grown wines and handcrafted beers.
The menu at Slate changes and evolves constantly, as you would expect with a focus on seasonal produce, showcasing the best produce from the Clare Valley and surrounds.
Slate's wine list naturally features the full range of Pikes table wines, as well as a back-vintage selection of reserve and museum wines available from the private cellar. Pikes Beer Company, also features on tap, with a small range of premium spirits and freshly-brewed coffee available from the restaurant bar.
