Roscrow is a self contained accommodation in a tastefully restored circa 1850 church in a tree lined peaceful street in the heart of Clare. Close to the main street, oval, Riesling Trail and all facilities. Roscrow is located next door to the Uniting Church surrounded by a cottage garden. The interior consists of a main hall with timber staircase leading to a loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dining area and lounge which are serviced by a combustion heater and air conditioning. Additions to the side and rear of the property consist of a cottage kitchen, traditional bathroom, laundry and main bathroom with a spa.
