Join the winemaker in an intimate masterclass tasting of his premium award-winning wines. Celebrate the diversity of single vineyard, dry grown wines, 10-12 wines plus an opportunity to try current barrel samples. You will then venture out into the working vineyard of the Thomas Block Shiraz and have an interactive hands-on experience depending on the time of year where you could experience pruning, trimming of the vines, retraining of the vines.

This 1.5-hour intimate hands-on tasting experience will offer the red-wine lover the perfect activity to meet the winemaker and learn the process behind the wine from budburst to bottle. Enjoy the hands-on behind the scenes experience of a working vineyard in the Clare Valley. During the tour you could help with pruning, trimming of the vines or retraining the vines. Held at Sussex Squire Wines Cellar Door in the heart of the Clare Valley, just 10mins South of the Clare Township.
