Nestled within Market Square, the Burra and Goyder Visitor Information Centre stands as a vital resource for visitors, housed in the historic offices of Elder, Smith and Co. est 1890. Conveniently located opposite the Rotunda, the centre provides essential information and maps for exploring the Living Cultural Landscapes, Natural Wonders, and Edge of the Outback Experiences that define the area.

A highlight of the centre's offerings is the Burra Heritage Trail Passport, granting access to 11 national heritage-listed sites, allowing visitors to delve into Burra's rich mining legacy at their own pace.
