Little Bunyip Farm in Watervale is run by Ella McHenry and Chris Nuss. We grow oyster mushrooms and salad microgreens, We source our inputs locally and organically where we can and use rainwater for irrigation and use minimal energy in our production systems. Our decision making and farm planning is guided by the principals of holistic management and our land, climate, soils and access to water. We supply restaurants in the Clare Valley, Barossa Valley, and Adelaide.
